These terms are an agreement between you and Timurtek LLC, which runs PainSense. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
What PainSense is, and isn't
PainSense helps you record pain and see patterns over time. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Nobody at PainSense reviews what you log. Talk to a qualified clinician about your health, and in an emergency contact your local emergency number.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use PainSense.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service or reverse-engineer it.
Your data
What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PainSense for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time and delete your account from Settings.
Pro subscriptions
- Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- On the web, manage or cancel in Settings (handled by Stripe). On iOS or Android, manage or cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through and the law where you live.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PainSense available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut PainSense down, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Timurtek LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on what the app shows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
