In the app (fastest)
- Open PainSense on the web, Android or iOS and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy and terms → Delete account.
- Download a copy of your data first if you'd like (CSV or JSON, free).
- Type DELETE and choose Delete my account.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email or Google account link) and your profile.
- Every pain issue and episode you've logged, including notes, and any feedback you've sent.
- Voice and video notes stored with your episodes.
This happens straight away and can't be undone. A web (Stripe) subscription is cancelled at the same time. Copies in backups and service-provider logs expire on their normal schedules. Stripe keeps the billing records that tax law requires.
Subscribed on Android or iPhone? Deleting your account can't stop store billing. Cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) too.
